 Advanced English Speaking Communication       and Writing in Workplace Program

Program Details

 

  • 8 Modules with over 30 Objectives to choose based on client priorities, plus spoken and written communication assessment.

​

  • Program includes 1-hour assessment, written evaluation, 21-hours of training sessions, 1-hour re-assessment, and written progress summary.

​

  • One-on-one assessment and training sessions are provided in person, in a clinic setting. Option for online sessions.

​

Modules

​

  • Each module includes direct training for effective techniques and strategies for targeted objectives, as well as practicing while simulating ways clients typically communicate, providing encouraging feedback, plus support and materials for carrying over objectives and strategies. Practice simulations include phone calls, video recording, conversations and roleplaying situations for speaking under pressure.

 

  • Learning outcomes will be customized for each client in their evaluation. Possible areas to enhance include voice, speaking clarity, speaking confidence, grammar, language, writing, conversation skills and active listening.
